GREAT service at the Emerald Lady Jewelry. I made a last minute decision on popping the question to my girlfriend on New Year 2018. Thinking that i wouldn't be able to get the perfect engagement in time (only having a week until New Year). Emerald Lady Jewelry made it happen!! I'm very grateful of their hospitality!! They helped me understand the quality of a diamond in short time and was able to get the diamond in the ring for me so I was able to ask the question just in time!! We are very happy and a BIG THANKS to Emerald Lady Jewelry on making our engagement happen!!

Outstanding service and selection!!! Bob and Priscilla truly care about their customers.  They patiently helped my fiance search and select the perfect diamond and engagement ring setting! It's beyond STUNNING!!! It really surpassed my wildest dreams.  Their professionalism, kindness and patience is so genuine and comforting.  They've gone above and beyond to make sure we're happy with everything. We will for sure be going back for our wedding bands!!!

Bob and Priscilla are super nice and treated me like family more then a customer. Priscilla helped me pick out a promise ring that is beautiful and she wrapped it for a Christmas gift for me. Their customer service is out of this world great! I highly recommend Emerald Lady!

Priscilla and Bob helped make what will be one of the most important decisions in my life an easy and intuitive experience. The family owned store catered to my zero knowledge about jewelry very professionally and taught me the ins and outs of buying an engagement ring. What to look for, what diamonds go with which settings, how to care for your diamond once its bought, and even how to properly insure your diamond. They truly cared about my engagement ring and wanted me to pick what I thought my fiancee would love the most; they left the decision in my hands, worked within my constraints, and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive ring. When I told them which stone I liked the best (out of the many they brought in custom for my order!) Priscilla was ecstatic for me and couldn't wait to see the final product. It came out great and my fiancee loves it. I went in to this experience like many men do, knowing nothing about diamonds, but I knew I wanted the best for the love of my life, and Emerald Lady honestly helped me get there. This is a purchase that my soon to be wife will wear on her hand for the rest of our lives and I wanted the ring to reflect that sentiment, and Priscilla and Bob made that dream come true. Couldn't recommend higher!

Priscilla and Bob are the best jewelers I know, they sell nothing but high quality products! They know so much, and I would strongly recommend stopping here before any other place!
