We were headed home to Albuquerque from San Antonio when our Ford Expedition gave out. We had our 3 kids and the heat was horrible. We broke down in Junction and knew nobody. After searching the net for mechanics I found this one, I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a go. Raymond drove out to where we were to take a look at our truck, he then had it towed it to his shop and gave us a lift. After diagnosing it  (needs new motor) we decided we needed to rent a car to go home and just have the truck towed back to New Mexico. The closest rental place was a town over, 45 min away. Raymond found someone to take us and allowed us to leave our truck and RV parked at his shop until we get someone to tow it back home. He was amazing and I can imagine that if we would've had him do the work on our truck it would've all been worth it. I highly recommend him he was a true life saver!

Excellent customer service. Very skilled and experienced mechanic. Raymond was very helpful made me feel comfortable in Junction,TX.  No problems from my truck since I let Raymond work his magic!!!!!!!

Traveling across Texas w/Dogs, I broke down 15 miles West of Junction.  My roadside assistance insurance advised I would have to wait 1 1/2 hrs for a tow truck. Raymond already said he could fix my truck, so I called him back to let him now how long the tow would take. He told me he'd come tow me in. I cancelled the tow truck, Raymond and another mechanic showed up quickly, hooked a strap to my truck, and the pair towed my truck into their shop. Knowing that I was traveling, he got to work immediately and I was back on the road in a couple of hours.  His rates were more than reasonable.  Raymond, his Dad Tim, and the rests of the guys were honest and friendly.
