Bought a bike at the shop it on the first ride chain popped off. Took it back in for repair and they stated it could happen again since it was a low level entry bike. I asked if it could be returned since it was only one day old and had Less 2 miles on it. They stated no return policy. I then ask if I could just do an upgrade again stated no return policy. I thought that was an unfair business policy. I went to three other bike shops and they stated they did not have that policy. They were rude, unreasonable. Go to another bike store if you're looking to buy. Another indication a company with terrible customer service, no reply from management on previous negative reviews.

This is a great bike shop with awesome staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful mechanics. Honest and reasonable prices. Highly recommend a visit with Charlie, he is a great guy full of industry and product knowledge!

We went here Wednesday Jan 18th 2017. My husband wanted a mountain bike. While there I told them that I was afraid but wished I had a bike too. They suggested I try some. They listened to all my concerns and picked 2 for me to try. I rode them around the parking lot and realized one was a perfect fit. My husband and I both got beautiful new bikes. They were very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. They had a large inventory. They were willing to deal. We plan to go back for more gear after I learn how to ride better.

They are SO, SO helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly. On a whim, my wife decided to get a bike, decades after ever riding one. I'm not a bike expert, but these bike experts spent tons of time helping her try out a bunch of bikes and guiding her through this process. None of that would have been possible at a big box store. Rob and Charlie's is great!
