I've used these guys twice before and received professional service. The guy who was here then was dressed well, personable, & used a book to quote prices. However, this third time was NOT a charm. This guy showed up in his personal vehicle, dressed in his personal clothing, & spouted off some random number of price. He says to me; "is alright if I come back in a couple of hours and I'll pick up the stuff I need"....sure fine. Two hours come and go & he is no where. I called Safari Plumbing five times and they never called back. It sounded like their business line is run off a cell phone when I spoke to the lady the very first time. Won't be using these people again.

Very impressed with Safari Plumbing response time and especially Josh, the Service Technician. We had a bad leak under our kitchen sink due to the garbage disposal giving out and making a huge mess! What a relief to have a knowledgeable professional that took the time to not only replace the garbage disposal, but checked all the pipe connections, basket, etc. and replaced the seals (incorrectly installed the first time). Nicely dressed in a uniform and very clean. Made my day! Thank you Josh! I would highly recommend this company!

Great technician. We have called them back many times for quality of work and on time scheduling. At no fault of their own, we had multiple issues with our water heater. They still warrantied the work.

Doesn't answer the phone as a company and has hung up on me 5 times today. Very unprofessional. No license or bond information listed.

Very Friendly and knowledgeable on plumbing issues, like on our sewage pump for our basement home, they knew just what to do; they advised us on care and approximate expectancy of the pump working. They were quick to come, and had great appointment times.
