I brought my car in today for a hard shifting in my automatic drive Nissan. I bought my car in Las Vegas and the dealership there claimed nothing was wrong on multiple visits. I just moved here and thought I would give this service department a try and see if I could get it fixed. 

Jon got me in this morning and due to the nature of the problem it take couple of hours but no fault to them. Jon was great and kept me up to date on the work being performed and what work would need to be done. 

I don't recall the mechanics name  but he was great as well. I took him on a test drive to demonstrate the problem because it would only happen under certain conditions. He was wonderful to work with as well.

Jon and the mechanic did a wonderful job and the problem was solved on a single visit. This is something the other dealership could not do on multiple visits

I want to thank the Scott Evans Nissan staff for making the car purchase easy, no stress and awesome experience. They allowed me to test drive three vehicles and worked with me in finding the right fit for my family. Joanna, the sales lady was very professional and super nice. On my next car purchase will definitely visit this place again.

Thanks to Scott Evans Nissan for working to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. It was a team effort! Special thanks to Chris (our sales person)AND Jennifer ( the follow up representative) , those 2 went beyond customer satisfaction.  Thanks again for another great auto purchasing experience!

We saw a vehicle online and went to Scott Evan's to look at it. We purchased the vehicle on 3/30/18. It is now 5/3/18 and we still haven't been able to register our vehicle in Alabama because the dealership sent our paperwork to the WRONG COUNTY OFFICE.  The dealership also charge us almost $500 too much tax. My husband called them 3 different times and someone was supposed to call him back but never did. The error has not been corrected to date. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a vehicle here.

I love this dealership.  I first took my Dad's Dodge Caravan there for repair accidentally, not realizing that the Dodge place was in a different location... but they were so nice to me, so efficient and helpful, I keep going back, and they let me!  They are great!

1/11/18 update: just went there again with Dad's car, and they were completely wonderful... fixed something on the spot that I thought I would have to schedule and leave the car for--they are so cooperative and kind, I actually enjoy going there.
