After the sell,  had issues with side mirror and engine light .  Have traveled back and forth to auto barn.  Been a hassle after trying to call and no response!  I would not but another vehicle from them. Be careful what you buy .  May look good on the outside , but inside is a hot mess!!!!

Call ahead to ensure that the vehicle you want to see is there (Apparently some of the cars are not owned by the dealership nor are stored on site).

Do not expect anyone to meet you, or greet you. Expect to wander around for a few minutes until finally going into the "Employees Only" area to encounter a few very unenthusiastic staff one of which probably won't even stand up or leave his computer to address you.

While you are at it, get pre-approved for credit because you may not be allowed to inspect the vehicle unless you have credit pre-approval (they actually didn't ask me if I was paying all cash).

And last of all, if the car is any less common than a Honda Civic, be prepared to buy the car without driving it. Perhaps adding 3 miles of a test drive on a car with 10,000+ miles on it ruins the value?

Way easier to work with than any dealership I’ve bought a car from by far. No pushy  commission sales people, and I was in and out of there in only an hour or so with my new car, paperwork and all. At every other dealership I’ve been to, I’d have to be there the entire day when I wanted to buy a car...but these guys made it easy and didn’t waste any time. Very impressive.

Bought a really nice truck from these guys yesterday. We basically negotiated the deal over the phone once we got there it was a breeze. We worked with Travis, a great guy he worked with us on the pricing and all. Thanks autobarn
