The experience I had at this store were superb. I worked with three different men, including the manager. Each was helpful, caring and did everything they could to help me. I didn't like the first washer I purchased, and was able to take it back, no questions asked, and exchange it. The next one I am completely happy with. They were extremely fair and easy to work with. Thank you Sears. I'll come back.

Our over-the-stovetop microwave quit operating due to a breakage of a small plastic clip in the door.  When I accessed the Sears chatline, I was instructed to purchase a complete new door -- just under the price of a brand new microwave.  

Thankfully, I had the presence of mind to visit this establishment AND fortunate to be served by Jeff.  We liked him the minute we entered the store!  He was knowledgeable, personable, patient, honest, and extremely helpful.  Jeff located the $20 part (NOT the entire $200-plus door) on the Sears website and explained the ease of installation.  Within three days, we were back in business; he saved us a significant amount of money and delay.  Five stars is not enough for this fine Sears employee, whom I personally thanked for his superior customer service.--Bob & Shari Webster, Nampa

I just love the Sears Hometown. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. I love being able to ask questions and have people actually know the answers! Thank you Sears Hometown for always making my shopping experience easy and wonderful.
