This store is a hot mess. The workers don't seem to care to make a sale, they all congregate in one area talking to each other. One guy came up to me to show me a few items, told me he'd give me time to look and he never returned. At that point it wasn't a big deal, I just wanted to save money. I purchased my washer and dryer. I was then told that I would get a call Monday night for a Tuesday delivery. After taking Tuesday off work, I never got a call and found out that the salesman failed to do something so I had to wait another day. Planned for Wednesday, then get a call that it would take at least 2 days to deliver. I couldn't do Thursday, so we planned for Friday. Again, I took that day off work, but had a work event that night, so when I get a call the night before, saying my delivery time was 5-8 PM, I had to reschedule. Rescheduled for Saturday, never got the call but the store told me that they would be there by 5 or 6 PM. NOPE. 8 PM and it NEVER CAME. At this point, I was sick and tired of dealing with them, so I had my husband call and tell them to cancel the order. The lady told him that I would have to bring my paperwork into the store to cancel. I had to call again, speak with the manager and tell him that I took THREE days off work and still don't have a washer and dryer, I'm not wasting any more time to come into the store to cancel my order. Then today, I finally got a call from Sears delivery, after I had already cancelled my order. Please avoid this place at all costs and save yourself the time and headache. I'd recommend Home Depot... or really any other place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommend no one to go there if you need an appliance. The sales manager on the evenings of September 20 and 21 treated me so unprofessionally I will never go back there again. I went to buy a dryer because I was a recent victim of Hurricane Harvey, the dryers we had found online were not in store and the sales manager said he could not match the online price on the open floor model we wanted. I agreed to buy the new in box model that he could match the price on. I made it clear to him that I was paying for the new in box model multiple times. When I drove around back to receive my dryer the loader was going to load up the floor appliance which I did not agree on buying. He told me to get my paperwork and go talk to the manager about it so I did. When I got to his office the sales manager refused to give me the new dryer and refused to give me my money back and told me "you need to leave" I needed to go back the next day. I understand it was past closing time but it was not my mistake and I feel like he had the power to make things right before sending me away. I go back the next day to get my refund and the sales manager gave me attitude and was condescending towards me and had smart remarks to everything I had to say. He was the same way the night before but I did not lose my cool with him like I did that night. If I could apologize to the other customers there that night I would. I have so much stress right now that I didn't need to deal with him. I was never able to contact a regional manager because he claimed there was no way of contacting them. I welcome the regional manager to contact me. I can only imagine that the sales manager there is a family member of someone higher up because the sales associates and loaders were exponentially more customer service minded and helpful.

I was so trust this store because I was buy a good refrigerator from here in 2016,but this time I have 3days nightmare since I buy a Samsung dryer.here is the things: 1.after we bring it to home we found a lot of dent and scratch on both side and they just tell us right side. 2.when I install just found gas hose is wrong size,and they even DONOT know steam function dryer need WATER hose.I go home depot many times than finally done it. 3.there is leaking from back inside at First time running when you choose "winkley away" function. 4.now I know I have to return it even we need drive more than 50 miles and we also need move from 2nd floor, BTW,my wife's arm got hurt from this stupid machine. 5.I called Sears OUTLET customer service said I could return to any branch but is totally wrong. the Westheimer searsoutlet said NO, never. 6.Finally we bring it to this store someone said dryer CANNOT leaking. 7.I am so upset with this terrible thing,I will never go Sears to buy anything. 8.And I just know THE HOMEDEPOT sale brand new one even close same price! 9.GOD please forgive me that I was so upset and drive crazy.that's only one thing I made mistake about these deal.

This store sold to us not one but two defective stoves. Do not buy from this store. We lost out on a $100 delivery fee. One to deliver the stove to home and one to return to the store. The manager Chris did not care if they inconvenienced the customer or that the customer loses out on the delivery fee.

Purchased a refrigerator from this store. Paid to have it delivered only to find out that the refrigerator did not work at all. Went back to the store, received a refund but didn't post back to my acct for 3-4 business days. So my family of five is without a fridge until we get our money back to purchase another one. The manager at this store was very dry and nonchalant about our experience. Not even an apology. What ever happened to good customer service? I will never shop here again! Now I know why most Sears stores are going out of business!! Oh, and our delivery fee of $99 was not refunded.....even though they delivered a broken fridge!
