Even though they are a but out of our way, it's totally worth the drive. Prices are reasonable and sales people are always super helpful, never pushy. I've been satisfied with every purchase we've gotten from here. Their customer service goes above and beyond. We recently purchased a couch that had a manufacturing defect. Not only did they take a call from us AFTER store hours, but sent someone out to our home to fix it free of charge.

TEN STARS!! Love this place! I bought several pieces of LR and bedroom furniture. It was delivered and set up and all the electronics (power bed and power recliner) tested. I have a long, difficult driveway for such a big truck and they REALLY had a tough time just getting to my house but what a couple of troupers! GREAT people. Amy helped me more than I can say throughout the entire process. I will use S&S over and over again.

I had ordered a Sectional which I still love and is very comfortable. But in the processes of getting it and the right one was a mess. I told the sales lady I wanted the Chase on the right side and when we picked it up and brought it home, it was on the left. So we called and they wanted to charge us $80 to deliver the right sectional and pick up the wrong one. We explain to Adam (owner) that we shouldn't have to pay $80 cause it was a simple mistake from the sales lady that just started working there a few months prior to our visit. He instantly was mad at us and his choice of words were not very nice or professional for his title. We proceeded to tell him that even in his "Satisfaction Guarantee-Furniture" that it stated " delivery fee will apply if it is needed for the exchange unless the exchange or re-delivery is for damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise as assigned on the signed sales order." Which ours was an incorrect merchandise. Long story short, Adam said we could pay $40 for it to be exchanged so we weren't going to argue with him anymore cause apparently customers are always wrong when dealing with him. I'm hoping he was just having a bad day and isn't always like that towards his customers because they have great deals and nice furniture and having bad customers service will ruin a business but what do I know, I'm just a customer and Adam is always right.

I am a Seat and Sleep Freebie Friday winner. I was very excited to win a new bed frame; The Dorian Grey Leatherette King Bed. When we got there we received no pressure to buy anything else, we were offered to look around in a completely non-committal way. We also came with the intention, and did purchase a mattress and support that was on the Facebook Special; the Bodi-Form Gel Queen Mattress and Support. The set was an amazing price, and we were able to take everything home the same day we bought it. I also loved that they used the products they sold. Like the clock on the wall? You can buy it. Like the table in the restroom? That's for sale too! People said I was crazy driving an hour and a half, but the price (plus gas) was still way better then anything near me! Thanks Seat and Sleep, your entire staff was awesome!

horrible owner, hung up on me on the phone when i was explaining our order was wrong and he making it sound like it was our fault that the order was wrong even though we got something we didnt even order. Would not recommend this place at all!!!
