My wife had major surgery 8/31/17 and was in the ICU for the night.  She received outstanding service from her nurses, Marica and Irene.  I can't say enough about just how well they cared for my wife. She had major heart surgery at Seton Hospital in 2012 and we were extremely please than as well.  Seton is the hospital is the best.

Thank you Seton Hospital Williamson for what you do.

Emergency admittance.   Medical staff excellent.   Just don't try to get out of this place.  Dr told me Friday morning I was ready to go home.   I was told repeatedly that I could not be released until some person called a "Hospitalist" saw me.  Her name was Dr. Kahn.  After waiting in a chair for SEVEN HOURS, I finally just left.  My experience here was so wonderful up until I tried to leave.  This is no way to run ANYTHING, let alone a hospital.  Never ever again.

Worst place ever to go, I was there like the end of may beginning of june of 2016 on 2 seperate occasions the first time one of the male workers grab my bottom while I was almost passed out it freaked me out, that should not happen at a hospital, also the next time I went a woman pulled the iv out of my arm and left a big bruise where the iv had been, my blood pressure reading kept beeping they just adjusted the bed to make my blood pressure read decent, I was freezing and when I asked for a blanket they literally ignored me, I had to physically get up out of bed and ask them someone in the hall for a blanket. I wouldn't even take my worst enemy there you shouldn't have a stranger grab you and think it's funny or a female pull the in from your arm and leave a huge bruise on your fore arm!!!!!

My mother went in to sermon on a Monday night. She had a temperature of 104, difficulty breathing, and an oxygen saturation of 84. She was told by the triage nurse it would be a 3- 5 hour wait and that She "couldn't stack her on top of other patients" she was extremely rude showing now care or concern for a very sick patient. My father knew she was too sick to wait that long for treatment and took her to another hospital. There she was brought back immediately and had lab work and an xray done and was shown to have double pneumonia and sepsis.. any additional delay in care could have led to a very bad outcome. As a triage nurse you are suppose to be able to pick out the sickest patients and ensure that they are priority, which clearly this nurse lacked ability in.

I entered for a heart catheterization and placement of a stint.  Although the registration felt like the payment was what was important; the preparation for the procedure, care while in the hospital and procedure results all rate a 5 star.  The facilities were clean, the staff very pleasant and efficient and room accommodations were great.  I was especially please by the patient  preparation staff and will write a special note on behalf of Kelly.  She kept me in stitches all the while punching me full of holes.  Well done Kelly!
