Beware- there are a lot of rats that scurry around in the ivy. There's a lot of litter and food left around which just makes it more of a rat's paradise. People also smoke here which is in violation of park rules. People are such slobs and the park is not cleaned enough. On a brighter note, it does serve as a nice little green space within the city!

Fun park, usually pretty busy during the warmer months. They are starting a multi year renovation now. This past summer were the basketball courts. Next will be the playground.

Small / medium sized park. Simple & quiet has several. picnic tables, two small playgrounds for older and younger children, water play for summer, beautiful garden in spring, and connects directly to the quaint Seward Park Library.

Has anyone ever seen the basketball courts being used? Let alone enough to require the 6-8 hoops that are there? The neighborhood could have better been served with a dog run. There are basketball courts at Chrystie St. park. And no the park is not open 24 hours.

Beautiful park and landscape, well preserved. Very active park staff, nice and clean! A lot of seating areas.
