The staff was friendly and professional!  The technician couldn’t have been any kinder to me!  It made things much easier!  The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the fact that “comfort”  isn’t taken into consideration when someone is in extreme pain.  I know in some cases it’s unavoidable, but maybe not in others 🤷🏼‍♀️
I have severe chronic back pain.  Maybe a stool to help me onto the machine?  Something softer than metal to lay on ~ we hurt, we’re not allowed to move a muscle, and we could be laying like that for ages!  Something more comfortable would be a godsend!
The music is great ~ the volume needs to be higher to hear the music over the banging of the machine.
One more thing..... they might want to clean the carpet outside their door in the hallway ~ it’s a great topic of conversation for the patients!😉
Just a few suggestions, but otherwise, the staff did everything possible to make me as comfortable as I could be.  Kudos to them!!

The front desk was super nice and on top of everything. The imaging woman was the sweetest ever! She made sure I was warm and comfortable. She also had some head phones for music to play. No one likes the sound inside those machines. As the same time I was there. Apparently there was a rude man (husband informed me) they were so patient with him. I give these girls a 5 star because they deserve it!

The office was clean and comfortable. I wish I remembered the name of the lady at the desk because she was so kind. Everyone at this office is really nice, helpful and patient. That was my first MRI and I was a bit nervous. I would highly recommend this place.

I’ve been here more than I’d like to have. Every visit has always been pleasant. Office staff and radiologists are always friendly and pleasant.

Simi Valley Advanced Imaging is the best place I've ever been to for an MRI or a CT and with my body I've got arthritis in just about every joint so I've had quite a few MRIs and I've got a polyp on my lung so that means I'm in there once a year for a CT to make sure it hasn't gotten any bigger they are always very very helpful if you have any questions or concerns they will address them right away they treat you with respect it's none of this you know don't worry about it kind of stuff show. I highly recommend him for any of your radiology needs
