Great dealership, highly recommended. The Sales staff were great, very friendly, no high pressure tactics, they know their cars and can answer your questions. I got a better price than the best discounted prices being advertised, and a car with the features I wanted.
It's not a very big dealership, but it's very busy, and you can see why once you're there.

Really?  You call and get put on hold twice for a total of 13 minutes, should have known then that this wasn’t going to go well.  You show up at 1:20 for a 1:30 appointment.  Your told an hour to an hour and a half for a simple oil service?  Quick Lube?  You finally ask what’s going on after no one says anything to after 1 hour 40 minutes, only to find out no one touched it!  So much for caring about customers.  My lease ends May 10th, guess where I will NOT be spending my money!!!

My GM Service Advisor and GM Expert Technician did a great job on my Bolt EV.  They delivered on time, at the promised price and did spectacular work mounting my new hitch.

Thank you for an excellent experience at your dealership. My transaction was done through a professional team and I’m enjoying my ride with my Chevy Volt 2018 everyday. Special thanks to Adiss for his help. He walked me through all features and I almost sat down there and played with my cell phone while everything was done at light speed. Will definitely recommend everyone to go see Adiss for their next car purchase/lease.

I went in for a routine oil change with a few concerns about my 2015 camaro.  All were addressed and fixed!  I love havning my car serviced at silver star.  They are always on time and everything is explained to me prior to any work done.
