I got a great price and Michael was very attentive and even followed up with my questions on his days off. He was very honest and direct with the pricing and the price that I got at the end had no hidden fees and was exactly what we had agreed on.  When signing the contract everything was very straight up and there was no attempt to sell me  on anything extra.  They even delivered my other car so that I can drive home my new Lexus.   I would definitely recommend Lexus of Thousand Oaks.  Ask for Michael Rasgon

I had the best experience with Michael Rasgon at Thousand Oaks Lexus after going to two other dealerships. No hard sell, just the facts and price I was looking for. That's me jumping for joy because it was so painless with Michael and he offered me the best price. My dog loves the car too. Would I go back again? Yep! Would I refer friends, family, and strangers? Yep! Yep! Yep!

Absolutely pleased with the courtesy and service we received at Lexus of Thousand Oaks. Michael Rasgon was exceptional in providing us with the utmost care when it came time to purchase our vehicle. We arrived with a specific car in mind, close to the dealer's closing time. He made us feel very comfortable and gave us more than enough time to make a decision.  When we returned to make the finalizations the next day, the car was ready in the delivery dock with a beautiful red bow on it :) The car is phenomenal, just perfect and we are beyond happy with our purchase. All the staff was wonderful and very cordial. We would definitely return to purchase another car here and highly recommend them to others. Thank you Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Michael, you all have been great!

Lexus of Thousand Oaks is amazing and great customer service. Everyone is very friendly and the place is great. Our favorite sales person is Michael Rasgon and recommend him to everyone. Very nice and great attitude. We bought our first Lexus from him and we love our car. Highly recommend Lexus of Thousand Oaks and Michael.
