This place was a disaster. We didn't even get into a place to see a car. There was absolutely no parking....anywhere. The surface streets were packed, the dealerships had no parking. Thousand Oaks must be the new car shopping mecca, but we couldn't experience it.

I bought my first new car at Thousand Oaks Honda and it was a really good experience!!!!, first of all they have really good prices and a great selection of cars, second of all they have really good customer service and they are so professional!!!, Internet manager Fabian Ochoa gave me a really good deal on my new Honda Civic Touring, he knows what he is doing he explains every little thing you need to know and he is cool!, I would like to thank Financial Manager Levon because he is super professional he is very very nice he made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything very slowly and asnwered all my questions! Thank you so much to Thousand Oaks Honda for everything!!!!!! , I'm a satisfied customer and I'll definitely recommend your dealer to all my friends and family!😃😄😀😉😍🤗😇

Most Dealerships are newly renovated and have very comfortable Service waiting areas or give you loaners. Parking is a challenge if shopping for a new car but call ahead and they will help you.

Not bad. Sales people at Infiniti were nice and not overbearing. Would give 5 stars but we couldn't put a fair deal together.

Don't go to BMW. Their service is rancid, and they didn't even come up to me when i was looking for a car, I had to go up to the front desk to talk to anyone! Porche has really good staff.
