Always a great experience, Renee is very attentive and on top of any service items. Had an unexpected flat and it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Status updates are timely and the text messaging system they use is so convenient. It is also great that you can review your work order, invoice and pay, all through your smartphone. What a great service. I have been going to Rusnak BMW for over 15 years, and they are definitely the dealer of choice in Ventura County.

Well....I never given feedback. Writing my first feedback :) .. This is my 3rd BMW and would like to share my experience with Rusnak BMW. It was amazing. I ordered my X5 with my own options and asked for the quote. Claude and Dan(Darren) are very helpful and informative. A big thanks to both of them. They helped me and answered my all questions and I ended up with placing the order right away. During the whole process and wait time, Claude was updating me about the progress.

Brought my new 540I that hasn't even had the first service done and they want to charge me $180 to look at my brake lines to make sure rodents in my neighborhood aren't eating it . A little confused because  my services are part of the warranty. Why cant  you take a look at my car to make sure its safe to drive?  Not happy with BMW with service like this. Will consider Mercedes when lease is up.

RUSNAK BMW Westlake is,  as always, the absolute
best in professionalism and care.

Tim Craft and Robert Hull, aside from being good
friends, are fantastic to work with and take care of my
car as if it were their own.

I would not trust my vehicle to any other dealership, especially
since I bought it at RUSNAK BMW almost 25 years ago!

Highly recommended! :)

Always fast, efficient and correct when it comes to service.  No issues so far and I love the convenience of Saturday appointments.  My doggie loves to visit all his sales and service pals as well.
