My wife and I just took her car to get serviced here at O'Gara Coach Westlake because of their reputation of amazing customer service. We worked with Frank Moreno and he was awesome. He listened to what we needed done, gave us insight into what might need to be done, and wrote us up and gave us our quote in under 5 minutes. They dropped us off to get lunch at a local restaurant and before we knew it, we were called to let us know that our car was ready. When we picked it up, everything we requested had been done and her car was sparkling clean. Love this place. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you Frank!

Not only do I work there. I've seen customers in and out and all are happy with whatever service they've come for. Either just to look at a Bentley or Rolls, or any of the used Lambos,  to just a cup of coffee or any drink that is provided. Best feeling when a car is bought.

The service I have received from O'Gara Coach in Westlake has been exceptional from the time I purchased the car until recently when I brought the car in for service. Bijan and Kenny provided outstanding customer service and were very helpful  I am meeting and exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend O'Gara coach Westlake for anyone who is looking for exceptional cars and outstanding service.
