Rusnak/Westlake Audi was the best place for me to purchase my new Audi A4. They got me the best deal in town. Kareem was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and helped me make the best decision for such a major purchase. He also got me the best deal. Tony helped me learn all the new technology in the car and let’s just say I needed a lot of assistance with that. Bruce explained all the extended coverage and maintenance packages so I could make the most informed decisions. I had a great experience here and would definitely give them more business in the future and recommend buying a vehicle here to family and friends.

My experience buying an Audi from Rusnak was quite simply the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made.  Rusnak surprised me by both how personal and professional all aspects of my purchase and delivery were.  I never felt pressured or rushed and they attended to 100% of my needs and satisfaction.  Timothy Lee, in particular, was the consummate professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. An exceptional experience.

I had one of my best experiences in buying a new car from Rusnak Westlake Audi. While most of my experiences buying new cars were OK (so far I had bought/leased around 10 cars), they made it exceptional. Kareem, the Sales Manager, was quite professional, accommodating and made sure I'm informed about the process while my car was getting ready (I ordered my car). Surprisingly, I also had an exceptional experience with the finance manager Nick. He was on point and while he was doing his job, I never felt he is being pushy to oversell their services or charge me for unknown costs (which you usually have to deal with at last min when you are ready to sign). Keep up the good work.

I am always treated as if I matter at pleasure Audi.  The staff is polite, courteous  and professional.  The dealership is beautiful and it is a pleasure to do business with them.
