The service department here is extraordinary. They consistently exceed my expectations and provide honest recommendations.  It is because of this that we recently bought our new car from them.  That process was pleasant as well. We are completely satisfied with Norm Reeves Acura!

Great customer service from Bill Barrette and the whole team. Bill was very knowledgeable regarding the car I was looking into, and they went out of their way to help me get the car I wanted.

We were told on two seperate ocassions that we had a nail in our tire and that the tires had to be replaced asap. No repair could be made on both occasions. At 15000 our back tires were “needing to be replaced”. Very disappointing that tires only last 15k. They replaced two tires for almost 700 dollars with the same factory recommended tires to find out that they don’t even have a warranty. At 20k we were told we had another nail in our tires. They recommended replacing both front tires. I ask if they had any better tires than the factory. They finally told me they have two Michelin tires for 718 including an alignment. These tires do have a 60 k warranty. Reading other reviews now I don’t even believe I ever had a nail in any of the tires but is a quick way to hike up your service fee.  Now I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I have lost all faith in this dealership for service. Unfortunately I purchased my service ahead of time when buying the car.

I leased my 3rd Acura from Norm Reeves and I always get excellent service. And if somethings not right they fix it right away. I especially appreciated the help of  Safui  in Finance and Jeremy Fleming my sales consultant. He walked me through all of the features and took his time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Thanks guys. I really LOVE my new Acura TLX.

We have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and Bill Barrette has gone above and beyond!  We did our research online then emailed Bill. He got us the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price. Very easy transaction. We also use their service department.
