Pierre Farah was an excellent sales person. This was my first experience with him as my previous representative moved on. Pierre was welcoming and friendly, and he made a good effort to accommodate my needs. Though I was not quite ready to move to a new car, he helped negotiate a deal  I could not refuse.  :)  :)
I have been a long term customer of Capital Honda,  and I have always had good experiences with their sales representatives and service staff. They do take customer loyalty into consideration when doing business.

Awesome place! I worked with Pierre yesterday and he is great. It is my first time ever leasing from Honda and I love them (: the people there are so nice. Highly recommend!

Service had me in and out for a wheel replacement very quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Tom Merkle my service manager is always on top of needed services and is in tune with the type of driving I do. I have found the service department excellent to work with, informative and always offering suggestions on how to best maintain my vehicle.

Jake is a fabulous service person.  He is attentive, intelligent, friendly, listens well and is authentically interested in helping.  Because of this I trust what he says about my vehicle.  I so appreciate him and the dealership in general.  Everyone I deal with is friendly and helpful.  I feel grateful to have found this dealership and to have begun purchasing Hondas.  My first Honda is a 2014 Civic and I love it!

It was nice working with Jake  Russell (Service advisor) , he provided great service with in no time and repaired my car with less cost. i would defiantly recommend Capital Honda for your car service.
