They half ass on everything! My friend bought a car from here and it was infested with bugs hidden in the trunk! And this was after they “detailed” the car... oh not to mention their shampoo vacuum is always broken, isn’t that the point of a detail? Did I mention how rude the owner is? And how he kept hanging up on us when we were trying to find a solution for all this.... seriously need better employees!! This is a family owned business and one of the WORST family owned business car dealership I ever experienced with my friend. Not a professional place AT ALL! receptionist lady loves to argue and hang up on people! This place just LOVES to hang up on people.. oh I should mention on RUDE and careless the owner is to the customers! This place gets bought out every other year.. so by next year it probably won’t be spirit auto anymore

Beware unless its changed in 5 yrs...go elsewhere all was lies...
Worst experience in my 64 yrs with carsales.i will list main issues. told it was a  one owner trade in. small sticker from auction found later. two sets of paperwork? sunset cars and spirit motors. 29.9 interest, didnt do any of the fixes or  cleaning and detailing wrong with the car prior to buying it. Owner finally agreed three days later to hold the agreement fixes bargin sales clerk promised. I got it back ten days later, guy ran off after tossing me the keys on a late closed time, and nothing had been fixed! but my new coat was gone, tools, and a  full tank of gas! i later  found a loan slip in the glovebox for those days, the person admitted they had my car. They  had the same issues i had with them. When i came back the third day i heard them tell everyone on the phone - too bad you bought it as is when you drove off the lot , so sue me!.  My van  had no working gas gage , electrical issues, drivers window didnt work would go all the way down into window. dirty oil in floorboards turns out it needs a headgasket, leaking oil all over. Had to replace radiator, hoses, alt, battery, 
 new timing belt you name it and its still not running over 4 yrs later.I paid payments 3 yrs all but the last ten, i heard they closed up, i cant do anything with it now - im a dissabled Sr and need a car for drs ect i cant bus. The sales person gave me a disscount and all he agreed upon wasnt true, they charged me twice its excellent  bluebook value price, a piece of junk lemon. After there high interest and fees costed me nearly 12 grand for zip. If  i hadnt put my only 500 down, and my son hadnt leaft, and i had a phone to get a ride home, i would have just walked out, now i wish i did. thanks for nothing but loosing what credit i did have. slim shady's a better name for a place like that. If you got a good deal there  your the first ive heard of.

The man on the phone was especially rude and had no interest in telling me about a car they had placed on an online listing. I requested further information and he demanded that i drive out to see the car rather than tell me anything over the phone. I asked if it ran well and he said "probably not" i asked if there is any notes about the issue that the car has and he said "well for that price your gonna have to put some money into it wouldn't you say?" he had no interest in selling the car and gave me no incentive to drive all the way out to his lot to look at it.

I was treated poorly and his sarcastic demeanor was a complete game stopper for me, never using Spirit auto in the future. terribly rude service over the phone.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CAR TO BUY LOOK ELSE WHERE, Find a stress free dealership cause this dealership will give you nothing but stress.

Great store with very caring people. I bought my second vehicle from them and they continue to go the extra mile even after the sale. TOP NOTCH
