Ben Thompson in the service department was amazing!  My family and I just got back from being out of the country and found my car dead. Ben got my car in right away for an alternator replacement.  I dropped my car off at 5:50 pm on a Thursday and by 9:45 am the next morning my car was all done.  They had a loaner vehicle waiting for me as well when I got in. 
Had the best experience and fabulous customer service.  This is why I take my car to Toyota of Renton and I'll continue to bring it in for service.

Great service team and friendly staff always willing to help! My wife bought a Toyota Matrix 10 years ago from Kevin at this dealership and it has 125,000 miles on it. I was impressed on the reliability of the car that I bought a Corolla a year ago and am impressed with it!

I like coming because everyone is so friendly and they get you in quick. The waiting room is big with comfy seating and complementary  coffee and tea. If you can't wait they have a shuttle or even a loaner car for bigger repairs.

I leased my previous Highlander from Toyota of Renton. When my lease was coming up, I had dreams of leasing another one. This time I had a particular color and trim I wanted. All of the other dealerships couldn't get it into the price range I wanted but somehow NV Vo (aka "the magic man") pulled a rabbit out of his hat and made it happen. Unfortunately after driving my car off the lot I noticed the interior hadn't been detailed and some rubber mats were missing. I called NV right away and he made things right instantly. If it wasn't for NV, not sure I would have leased again. He is extremely responsive, positive and backs up his words with action. Hoping a third Highlander lease is in the cards for me from Toyota of Renton in three years. Thanks NV (and team)!

Great experience! NV helped us out, he is very friendly and hilarious. The process of buying a car always takes awhile, but we never got bored or felt ignored. My husband and I loved how we were able to take test drives by ourselves with out having a high pressure salesman chirping in our ears. We weren't planning on buying a vehicle; we were looking around with the idea of buying in about a year, when we'd paid down my husband's SUV a little more. But when the Ford dealership offered to pay it off, we took the offer to Toyota to see if they could come up with something similar. My husband loves Toyotas and has had them in the past. NV helped us find our dream truck and work with our vehicle situation and finances to come up with the right deal for us. We'll definitely be back when it's my turn to get a new vehicle.
