I had an amazing experience with John Watson! He was quick, to the point, and super kind during the process. He made a usually overwhelming task very easy and was sincere. He gave me a beyond 5 star experience! The whole staff was friendly and gave me a wonderful deal. I highly recommend! Ask for John when you call!

Had a very professional sales experience with John Watson.  After visiting almost every Hyundai dealer in Seattle, no one had the car with the options we wanted.  John looked high-and-low for several weeks until he found one just arriving in another state.  He did a car swap to get the exact model and color we wanted.  Amazing!  Everyone else did a quick search and blew us off.  The entire transaction was a great car buying experience.  John and the team treated us with respect.  No high-pressure or pushy sales tactics.  I highly recommend both John and the dealership.  See you on the road in our new "electric blue" Hyundai! Great car!

I worked with Andy Kim and he was totally amazing! He was attentive and persistent without being pushy. He took very good care of us and got my daughter into a vehicle that was rated the safest in 2018 and secured a warranty that will ensure my daughter can drive this car in 10 years when she finally turns 16. This was the first car I have purchased from a dealership and I spoke with several other dealerships. I ultimately purchased from Andy because he was the kindest and most concerned with our needs and wants.

This is my second time buying from Car Pros Hyundai. I have always enjoyed their level and quality of service. I first purchased my sonata hybrid with Joon. When I did take my car in for service, Lindsay was always very helpful. Today I worked with John Watson. I came in at 10am and was not very optimistic about getting a new car. I explained my current situation was complicated and frustrating. John and Zach worked hard and got me in a brand new Tucson. I took so much of their time because I wanted to be sure I was making a good decision. John was extremely patient and answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was extremely professional and detailed in his service. It's my consistent experience at Car Pros Hyundai that makes me come back for more.
