We had Tajhilah as our sales rep and she was awesome!  We went through the Costco Car Buying Program for a Mazda and we were really happy it directed us to Walker's Renton Mazda as it's local Mazda affiliation.  Tajhilah was very attentive to our needs without being pushy - again she was awesome!.   After a great deal on the car was confirmed we were directed to Shane on the finance side and was the best finance rep I've ever dealt with.  He's very engaging and I could tell his approach is rooted in honesty which is refreshing considering my past experiences with finance reps.  This was my third dealership buying experience and the sales/finance was by far the best.  Overall it was a great buying experience!

I really appreciated the friendly, customer service focused experience I had. Specifically Doug Truong the sales associate who remembered me from my previous purchase over 2 years ago. Jeff in finance made the signing process go smoothly and kept it efficient. Doug's comprehensive review of the vehicle upon driving off was outstanding. My next vehicle will almost definitely be purchased from this team.

We saw a used car on-line that was a great deal and Christian worked with us to make it an even better deal. Christian was patient with all of our questions and concerns which was very helpful. We usually buy cars from private owners, but our experience with Walker's Renton Mazda was simple and straightforward.

If you're looking for a Mazda car in Seattle area look nowhere else, Walker's Renton Mazda is the best. I bought a CX9 and got best pricing from this dealership. 'Doug Truong' was my sales manager and he is just awesome. Very professional and first ever painless car buying experience I got from him. Thanks Doug for all your help. I would highly recommend this dealership and Doug.

Overall our buying experience was superb! We are very excited about our new 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring.

Our sales manager (Tajhliah) was absolutely amazing. She was enthusiastic, helpful, encouraging and attentive to our concerns and needs. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking to make their car buying experience a positive experience. 

Honorable mention to another salesperson (Sierra) who accompanied us on our test drive and helped us narrow down our decision.
