I bought a 2017 Escape Platinum last week at Sound Ford. I was very pleased with the service I got from Jay. He was very helpful in answering my questions about the various features of the new car. And, he took us around the lot to see the different models available at the location and explained to us the differences between them. From that and the test drive we were able to pick out and order the exact car we wanted. It soon arrived in just 3 business day. A very pleasant shopping experience.

Purchased a 2016 Ford Expedition with Sound Ford.  Honestly, one of the best car buying experiences.  As with any car dealership, it's a business and if you are serious about buying a car, truck or suv.   I highly recommend sound ford. 

As for the buying experience, once we negotiated a fair deal.  The paperwork process from start to finish was 42 minutes. 

As for customer service, the car wasn't ready when I went to pick it up.  I live 60 miles from sound ford.  They apologized and asked if I would like it delivered to my house the next day.  Not only did they deliver it to my house.  The Ford Specialist spend about 30 minutes with my wife and I going through all the setting and explaining the vehicle.  

First Class service all around.  Highly Recommended!!  Great job to Becca, Ken, Mike and Bill.

I purchased a used vehicle from Sound Ford after looking for some time for the right car, color and mileage combination. I found the team to be helpful, informative and courteous. The vehicle needed some bodywork which they agreed to do as part of the price I had negotiated. I took a test drive with product specialist Jay and he was professional and informative throughout my dealings with the dealership and made sure that ever question was addressed. When I came to pick up the vehicle, Jay was there again to help with some other question I had with the service and parts division. The bodywork was completed to an excellent standard and the car detailed as we had agreed. Would highly recommend Jay and the team.

A couple weeks back I purchased a new Ford Fusion from Sound Ford, and James Adams was my point of contact for the test drive and purchase.  I appreciated his open, honest, and very low pressure approach to our interactions, and he has followed a couple of times to make sure I am happy with how everything is going with my new car.  

James was very knowledgeable about the car, and was very helpful in showing me how to operate some of the on-board electronics that were new to me.   

He also helped me locate some good pricing on floor mats and splash guards that are nice accessories to protect my investment.  

If you're looking to purchase a car, I would recommend talking with James Adams.

We worked with Jay, in sales, and had an amazing experience. He gave us what we asked for our trade-in and got us into a brand new Ford Fusion. There was no pressure from him, which seems to be unheard of in the car sales business. We will definitely be returning customers.... as long as Jay remains there!

Also, Anthony in service is, hands down, one of the best assets of Sound Ford. He goes above and beyond for his customers and always make you feel welcomed! He's our go-to guy every time we need something done for our vehicles. (That man needs a pay raise!!!)
