They were outstanding! John/JD was great, funny, and on his feet working hard to get the best deal. He was really patient with us and full of excitement. I got approved for a newer car with average credit (I have the terms baby credit) and no co-signer. I felt like I robbed the place in the best way possible. No joke, go here.

We have purchased 7 new cars at Car Pros Hyundai/Kia over the years. We have always had a great experience buying the cars. The purchase transactions have been simple and straightforward and we are pleased with the experience. The cars have been reliable and we keep coming back. BTW if you see an ad here for a brand new car for $79 dollars a month and $1999 down...that is exactly what you'll get. We are very happy with our first all electric car. I wish we all had EV cars so we could bring all our soldiers home. Hopefully one day we do and we can.

I had the best experience buying my DREAM car tonight. During the initial phone call with Brian he listened to exactly what i wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted with warm handoff from Brian to Rob who took care of me from there. Rob found two cars that were of interest to me and we test drove both. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and was very good at explaining the different features of the cars. When we returned to the shop we had the cars side by side and he helped me to choose the right one for me. The buying process was very easy. He listened to my terms and was able to accommodate my preferences on financial terms thanks to James on the finance end.  I left feeling very satisfied with the car buying process at Car Pros Kia Renton. I highly recommend buying your next car here.

I had been dealing with a particularly frustrating situation, in that I'd been car-less for months, had poor credit, and felt completely out of options - especially since my work requires the use of a vehicle, and upper management was running out of patience. My dad found the ad for the 2017 Kia Soul, spoke with a sales manager, and got something affordable drawn up for me. Though the first night with the first salesman ended poorly (due to miscommunication, 5 other salesman trying to close a deal at the same time, and some other factors), the GM called first thing in the morning to resolve the issue!

My father and I stopped by, got the paperwork taken care of, and before long I was driving away in my beautiful, brand new car. The sales team - the GM David, the sales manager Dustin, the finance manager Jim, and the salesman Brian - were all kind, friendly, apologetic for the previous night, and definitely made me feel a part of the Kia family. Gap insurance and the oil change service were also fantastically low-priced add-ons I was so grateful to have offered to me. I'm loving my new Kia, and I'm so glad everything worked out! Thank you, Kia Car Pros!!!

***UPDATE***

Had my oil changed at the Service Center on Thursday! Jim was an absolute professional - fast service, incredibly friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure my experience was exceptional. He even gave me extra floor mats to keep my mat clean when I mentioned how much I liked them when my car was brand new. He even finished 10 minutes early!! Very, very pleased with his customer service, thanks Jim!!!

Awesome service. Alex pickard went above and beyond to help meet my needs. No pressure, just friendly genuine help with our first car buying experience. We love our car. Will recommend to friends and family thank you for the excellent service.
