I went in there to trade in a PS3 for a PS4, and Max (I think he's the manager) told me that I should wait to apply it, so that I could get an extra $50 in credit. He could have just taken it in there and not told me to make more money as I didn't know about the extra discount. Great customer service, I'll be a continuing customer as long as Max runs things.

Great with most employees, when ive gone in its been great people behind the counter, helpful, smart, and a joy to talk to.  Ive only left pissed off 1 time that was saturday, june 7th 2014.  I tryed to buy skyrim on PC with all the DLC for $29.99 sadly the fokes working then didnt seem to find the same deal i did, so they went on steam and said they only had the "normal" skyrim.  I know thats a lie so instead of getting upset and setting them straight i just left.  I didnt have my phone so i couldnt show them but i knew if i came back another day and got some of the smarter fokes there i knew they could help me better. So i came back on sunday june 8th max was there we chatted and he sent me away with a smile and a order for skyrim due to the deal being on only the disk copy.  i'll continue to shop there i just hope i dont run into those 2 i did on saturday. Im glad they hire nerds, and it shows in the quality of customer care.  Im happy to shop here.
