when I go there always find what I need. It does take a while to find everything but because not use to going there often. Stuff is expensive but its all worth it. All material that get from their latest longer than the ones form other store. and feel like its better quality. Staff is nice so far. No issues really. Just wish the their wasn't to much staff walking around.

It is your typical Staples store.  Has plenty of general office supplies, copy and print center, and easy tech computer support.  Staff is always friendly and helpful when I have used any of the services here.

Bad experience for me and my wife. Needed to simply print some documents and fax them. 

Printer did not function correctly, refused to print. Ended up having to print behind the counter (with extra charge!). Went to scan the documents and the fax machine has difficulty feeding paper through. I told the associate and the response was: "it's your paper. NOT our machine." This is stupid considering I had JUST printed the documents off right next to her. 

Slow service. VERY slow. A simple print and fax job took over an hour of painstaking waiting on the machines and staff. This was only for about 10 pages as well! The staff weren't very helpful and had NO clue how to several basic things. It was frustrating for my wife and me.
