Loved the ciders here. Inside seating area was plenty big with board games you could take to your table. We sat outside and they had some tables in the sun and some in the shade. I appreciated the ability to order a flight and try several different flavors. A great stop if you’re hopping around the area. I want to go back for one of their special nights when they have a local food truck!
My wife and I absolutely loved this place! We travel to local cider places every time we travel and this was one of the best! The atmosphere was perfect! They had a lovely staff to help and boardgames to play while you drink! We also got to try a cider slush which was a new experience for us! 10/10 would recommend
Great cider selection and really solid food options!! All the staff was super friendly! Menu is mostly sandwiches/burgers and some nice apps to go with your cider, typical downtown prices- so not unreasonably expensive, but not cheap? Highly recommend the “specialty frites” option- the duck fat fries were incredible!Recommended dishesFlight of Ciders

Big fan of Stem Ciders: their former location, the Acreage in Lafayette and just getting their stuff at my local liquor store. The new taproom on Blake St is lovely -- so much more space and now food to go with your cider. Food you must try: brussel sprouts and the bison poutine The one thing I wish was different but will not alter if/when I return: I wish their regular ciders were on tap and not just in cans. This is definitely worth the visit!! You can even make a dinner reservation on Open Table. Thanks for such a great experience!
First time here and we had an amazing time! Sat at the bar and had lovely conversation with Brady, he was an amazing bartender. Super attentive and really personable. He recommended us delicious food and drinks. Honestly i believe by the end of all of our flights there was only maybe 1 we didn't care for but all the rest were amazing! Will be back! Thanks!
We already knew of Stem from their ciders available at liquor stores, but being able to try a couple of flights showed the great depth and breadth of their cider offerings. The person who helped us out at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, and offered some suggestions. Both inside and outside seating, with a food truck to provide, well, food. Very fun experience!
I love the new space! I like that they have a full kitchen now with some really creative eats.
The food and ciders are delicious! There are 12 ciders on draft and even more in can, a few are unique flavors but its worth trying them! Our server was very kind and gave us a great experience. Overall super laid back and relaxing environment.
I love ciders. And I can not believe I waited until the last day of my trip to Colorado to visit Stem Ciders! I had been to a couple other cideries before so I knew I would like the cider options and the cider flights just because I already knew how much I liked cider. After a few days visiting breweries and tasting sours or seltzers, a flight of ciders on a hot day was the perfect way to relax and cool down with a light, crisp beverage. My friends and I each got different flights so we could try a little bit of different ciders, I think we were all pleasantly surprised by how much we liked all of them! I was especially surprised that the Chile Guava was my favorite!! If you are new to ciders, the staff can help you get acquainted based on what other kinds of drinks you like, or if you already know you like cider, I highly recommend doing a flight of either the “staff’s choice” or pick out a few you would not normally pick out at the store. I can not say enough how much I enjoyed these ciders. We were disappointed to see we had missed their event “Cider and Sides” which seems to be a collaboration with food trucks on Tuesdays I included a picture of an advertisement for July 2021. They also had some cider slushees and pretzels!! Definitely stop by during your next trip to Denver!
