We had a great experience buying our Tacoma at Stevinson. On our first visit, we were promptly greeted by Greg Smiley. He showed us a truck on the showroom floor and let us poke and prod as long as we wanted. We quickly found out that there wasn't a double cab without a sunroof in stock to test drive. Greg let us know that they should be in stock soon, without pressuring us to look at what was in stock. A few weeks later, when they did have what we were wanting to drive in stock, Greg let us take one out. When we came back, Greg made it really easy to get exactly the Tacoma we wanted built to order. After all that great service, as the icing on the cake, we were really happy with the deal too. Do yourself a favor, go see Greg Smiley at Stevinson and enjoy buying your next vehicle!

Working with Greg Smiley and Toyota Stevinson West has been one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! I was researching the 2017 Tacoma online and requested information. I also had a vehicle I needed to trade in as well. I had several dealerships contact me. Greg responded and asked a few questions on my trade and what features I was looking for in the Tacoma. All the other dealerships did the same. Why I chose to go with Greg Smiley and Toyota Stevinson West, was because once Greg started working with me, he told me exactly what he could do for me on my trade and had a Tacoma that had everything I wanted and shared with me the price and payment with no hassles whatsoever. Greg was fast to respond to my request and was able to get me into the Tacoma I wanted quickly while the other dealerships were taking several days with the same information I provided. Greg was just really easy to get along with and just made me feel comfortable with the entire car buying experience!

The reviews don't lie, went there because of how low pressure and nice they sounded and we were happy to find out it was true. They gave us a great price and made it as easy as it possibly could be to buy a car. We'll definitely be back!

My overall experience here has been fantastic. This dealership truly understands what customer service means. Sean Turkington (salesman) has been beyond wonderful in accommodating all our service needs. Everyone from sales to finance to the service department is great. The buying experience couldn't have been better and I will return specifically to this dealership because the customer service is simply unbeatable.

Working with Greg Smiley was a pleasure. I was making a car purchase all the way from San Diego, California. He made the process simple, and had everything prepared for me to complete the purchase when I got to Colorado. It was one of the most simple pain-free car purchases I've ever had. I highly recommend Stevinson Toyota West, go see Greg!
