Shopping for a vehicle is nothing short of a big decision for any person to make; however, my choice to shop at Larry H. Miller Colorado Chrysler Jeep was not a hard one to make! Brandon (sales) was so wonderful Brandon in service is very helpful as well when I had car trouble with my past Jeep. He made sure that I was well educated on the decision that I made, while everyone else, from Sales to Finance, was incredibly helpful. The entire process was pressure-free. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle pay this dealership a visit, and trust Ryan to get you in the perfect vehicle for you.

I worked with Kelsey from the sales department first over email then came in for a test drive.  She was awesome to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the right vehicle for me.

I talked with other dealers including the sister lot in Thornton but I was not as impressed.  Kelsey really did everything she could to help me drive off with the car of my dreams.  The team was not pushy and the manager even assured me it’s a big decision so there was never a rush.

They have made me a customer for life I can feel confident coming back to and I can’t say thank you enough.

I arrived for my oil change appointment 10 minutes early and was promptly greeted by Travis your service specialist. He was professional, polite and engaged with a sincere demeanor. This encounter was awesome; Travis added a personal touch of showing me to my vehicle. It felt as though I was in a high end establishment, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

My hesitation to giving the 5-star rating, is do to the fiasco I endured when purchasing my 2017 Summit. Hopefully this last encounter, is the new standard.

I am extremely pleased with my experience at Larry Miller, and have to say it is one of my best car buying experiences yet.  I had been to another dealership the day prior and had a bad experience, but Bobby Marshall and Keith at Larry Miller turned my attitude right around.  They went out of their way to try and get me the vehicle I was searching for at the best price.  I had a tight price point that I was trying to hit and they went out of there way to get there.  I probably wasn't the easiest customer they have ever had to work with, but Bobby was happy and pleasant the entire exchange.  I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend Larry Miller Dodge to anyone searching for a new vehicle.  I am happy to be driving around in my new 2017 Big Horn today!
