I went in with a flat tire and knew it was time to replace all four and planned to wait in the waiting room.  My service rep made sure that any upcoming routine maintenance items were completed at the same time (oil change, wipers, multi-point check) and when I requested to add a wheel alignment, she found a discount to apply to it.  While I was waiting, the building lost electricity power, so she came over and offered a loaner vehicle immediately without me asking.  Very pleased with service and the new location is comfy.

My car broke down at 6pm, 70 miles from home. Panic! After waiting for a tow truck, I got to the dealer at about 7.30pm. I called ahead to make arrangements expecting that I'd drop the car and then who know what I'd do.  The service director Barbara Marin waited for me, and gave me a loaner at 8pm!!! Who does that? And I wasn't even a customer, had never been to this dealership before. This was a WOW level of service and made all the difference in a stressful situation. She is an amazing person to deal with and I am so thankful for the 'can do' attitude and customer care displayed. I've NEVER experienced this level of service and thoughtfulness anywhere. I've definitely had my expectations exceeded! Highly recommend Barbara and the team.

Buying A BMW from this dealership was one of the most amazing and fastest experiences of my life. Walking through the door I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist, who asked if we wanted something to drink. My salesperson Teddy was warm, friendly, super honest. He made me feel welcomed and did not waste my time! He took us on test drives and helped us narrow down choices based on our specifications. It was not rushed but genuine. I bought a car and was introduced to Brittany, BMW Genius who then walked me through all the bells and whistles that my vehicle had. Hats off to this magnificent team. I highly recommend anyone looking for a superb buying experience to start here first!

I love the new dealership, it's beautiful and everyone working is super friendly and easy to work with!  Ryan Sampson was a huge help getting me into my new X1.  He was super nice about keeping my monthly payments at an ideal rate that I was comfortable with, which was so appreciated!  Thanks Ryan.  Also, Donna was amazing!  Such a sweet person with an upbeat and fun personality. She truly knows the ins and outs when it comes to setting up your BMW & gave me the best recommendations on XM channels I could save that I'm in love with!  You guys did a wonderful job hiring Ryan and Donna, they truly made my experience the best. Thanks guys!

Bought a used car from here. Price was definitely fair and car seems to be in great shape. Best though was just the buying experience. Amin was so friendly and helpful (and patient when my insurance company was causing issues), his manager and the financial guy at the end were also was very pleasant, everything was low pressure and easy. Way better than I found at most places. Would definitely buy from them again!
