Wow! Hands down the best car buying experience I have had in my life! The staff on site were amazing! There was no pressure to buy but rather a willingness to assist me in finding the right vehicle that fits my lifestyle! Thank you Christine and Mike for putting that extra effort in that I have never received at other dealerships!...also, the financing I got was unbelievable based on my not so great credit! Seriously, if you are thinking about buying a car give them a call or stop on in! Good coffee and snacks too;)

It was a pleasure meeting David Cox on Friday and Saturday after having heard fabulous comments about him prior to our visit!
 
David displayed exceptional sales skills. He is a good listener, considerate, has integrity, attention to detail, is helpful and informative. There was never any pressure or judgment about our choice. Along with Paul, Mateo and the rest of the VW team, David made it an easy decision to purchase our next car from him. So we did, and we love it!

Having had previous outstanding purchasing and service experiences at Emich, we were confident that the excellent service, attention to detail and follow-up would not stop when we drove away with our new car.  Sure enough, a few days later, David called to make sure we were enjoying our car and had no questions or problems and invited us to call any time in the future.

The Emich team is always on top of things. If there's ever a problem, they are quick to solve it, and do so pleasantly. 

We highly recommend David and the team and Emich Volkswagon!

Mike Daegel's professionalism. The friendliness of the staff toward customers and each other. The plethora of inventory. How clean the location was. The amount of work put into making sure I was satisfied. The ease of purchase. The transparency of price. And the fact that I never imagined buying a car could be so easy... Thanks!

I purchased a golf alltrack in October.  I was in for my 10,000 mile service.  They had me in and out in under 30 minutes.  The service advisor was very friendly.  Fred Emich came over and said hello while I was waiting.  He remembered me by name, from buying the car back in October.  Very impressive!

I had an unexpected, necessary repair issue happen over a weekend, and the Service Department was very accommodating and set me up with a Monday morning appointment! Milo was super helpful, and worked with me throughout the repairs. He was extremely communicative discussing my vehicle's issues with me, and making sure I understood the process as we worked together. He was also very helpful getting the shuttle to me close to closing time, and making sure I was able to pick up my Jetta the same day. Thanks a ton for everything!
