I want to thank Mike S. and his team that performed the major repair work to the engine on my 2006 Colorado. A part was on back order for much longer than anticipated. When the work was finally completed the vehicle was returned to me and I was really surprised that it had been completely cleaned inside and out. This was certainly above and beyond my expectations. The wait was well worth it !

I had a great experience working with Eric at Heidebreicht Chevrolet. He was extremely helpful and dedicated to helping the customer in any way he could. I am very detail oriented and tend to ask a lot of questions. Eric answered all of them with his knowledge of their products and had a great attitude to back it up. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle.

I've heard great things about this dealership, and decided to take my new-to-me 2013 Volt in for a full inspection prior to the warranty expiring. I made an appointment, dropped off the car, and received a courtesy vehicle to use while mine was in the shop. It was an easy and painless process. They called me and advised the vehicle get a wheel alignment due to tire wear, and I agreed and allowed them to perform the alignment. The next day, they called me and said they were all done and I could pick up the car. I dropped off the courtesy vehicle, paid for the service, and then went out to the parking lot to get my car. They closed the door behind me since I arrived just before they closed. I was happy with my service experience until I got to my car. The technician who worked on my car had dumped the contents of my glove box onto the floor in order to check my cabin air filter, and never replaced them. I had my registration laying on the floor, with sensitive information exposed to anyone who happened to walk by my car. I snapped a picture before even getting into my car, and went to go talk to the service department and ask why my car was left like this, with my personal belongings carelessly dumped on the floor, but in this brief amount of time they had already locked up and were heading home. I went around to the drivers side of my car and got in. When I reached for the lever to adjust my seat, I found the side of the seat covered with a glob of grease. Fortunately it was on a plastic portion, and I was able to clean it off when I got home prior to it transferring to the carpet or seat fabric. I expect my car to be treated with respect, ESPECIALLY at a dealership, and I was not happy at all. I called them the next day and spoke with the manager, who offered me a discount on any future service that I would like to have done. I decided that I wanted to have heated seats installed. My mother purchased a used vehicle from them only a few months prior, and they installed heated seats in that vehicle, which was not equipped with them from the factory. I called the service department, and they made it very clear that they would not install heated seats. I asked them to pull up my mother's car, and nobody had an explanation as to how she got heated seats installed, and refused to install heated seats in my vehicle. They claimed that it just couldn't get done, but had no idea how my mom had them installed in her vehicle through them. I'm very frustrated with this dealership, and I feel that even their attempt to make things right by offering me a discount is completely invalid since I cannot seem to get the services I want done on my vehicle. I can't speak for the sales department of the dealership, but if you need service on your car, and you care about your car, I do not recommend taking it here.

We bought a new car and our experience was great. Our salesman Jerry Baier is the best. We got a good on both the price of the Traverse and our trade in vehicle.
