I had a great experience. I traded in a leased vehicle from another dealership and salesman Jeremy Mexico made everything smooth and simple. We discussed my price range and what I wanted in a vehicle and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff really makes you feel like family. I will definitely come back and see Jeremy when it’s time for my next car.

Nathan Reece was AMAZING!! He was very accommodating and professional. He did whatever he could to make sure we were happy and got what we deserved.  For example, We drove about 5 hours to pick up my new Ford Edge which only had one key. Nathan worked it out so I could get one made at the ford dealership where I’m from and send him the receipt to get reimbursed.  This was greatly appreciated as those keys are expensive and I think having two is important!  This was just one example, they also made sure I had a full tank of gas to head home.  I would recommend Nathan and this dealership to anyone!  Everyone was pleasant to deal with and made us feel welcome.  Highly recommended! Love my new ride 😁!!!!! 💫💫💫💫💫 Thank you Nathan and Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights!

Kevin Miller is the best! Always goes above and beyond for the customer. Great customer service. Great experience.
Brian Kellie in the body shop is terrific. If your car needs repair  see Brian!

I was referred to check out Suburban Ford Sterling Heights from a family member and was extremely pleased in doing so! 
Joe Franzoni was the sales person who helped me out and he was outstanding! He was able to make a recommendation for me based on my family’s need and not only did he provide the best vehicle for us but gave us an offer I could not refuse.
Joe and his team was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I absolutely 100% recommend Suburban Ford Sterling Heights! 
Anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle; save yourself the time and go straight to Joe he will take great care of you!
