My initial used-car buying experience was pretty good. I told them the car I wanted to look at, they let me test drive on my own, and when I returned it and said I needed a day to think about it, they were very gracious about it. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure, no strange deposits. When I decided to purchase the car, it did take a couple hours to process all the paperwork which wasn't ideal, but understandable. At the end of it, I got to drive home in my new car and life was great...

...for about a year. I'm glad I waited until now to write a review, because I've had this car 13 months and over the last few, I've started hearing this super loud but low-pitched hum and experiencing some grinding-feeling from the rear. Took it to the shop, where I find out the rear tires were the wrong size, which ultimately ruined the hub bearings. Now I have to replace those as well as get new properly sized tires, for a total cost of ~$500. Pretty upset with Suburban for this now.

UPDATE 02/15/18
The rear tires were not the wrong size, but rather were defective. The mechanic was shocked that a dealer would have sold me a car with such tires.

The issues with this car have progressed to a much worse level, however. Whatever you do, please DO NOT BUY a 2012-‘16 Ford Focus! I have had this car not much longer than a year, and it has

This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever been to. Want to get treated like an idiot by a kid right out of high school? Then this is the place for you. They won’t tell you the terms of your financing until you place insurance on the vehicle, and then they’ll have your inexperienced sales person tell you this is “common practice” and that the lender demands it. If this were the case, (which it’s not, it’s highly illegal and unethical  to withhold financing terms to a consumer who’s credit you’ve pulled) nobody would be able to budget what their car was going to cost them on a monthly basis before they signed the papers. It’s a sales tactic, and a scummy one at that. In other words, “We’re afraid you’re not going to like the terms of your financing, so we’re going to hold those terms hostage until you feel like you’re too far in to back out and eventually you’ll just bend to our will....here...place insurance on this car that you don’t know what the monthly payment will be.” The “salesman” stuttered through his lame explanations, and the sales manager or finance manager won’t talk to you. But I bet I know who will talk to me, the Attorney General’s Office. Steer clear of this place. There’s a good reason they have a ton of negative reviews. The stereotype of the slimy used car salesman really comes to life at this place. They fake a no pressure easygoing environment as a cover for the shady goings on in the finance department.

Completely infuriating experience with used cars!!!  To start... was emailing about a used car and set an appointment.  Told her we were driving over an hour to come see this car, let her know when we were on our way.  We get there and the receptionist didn't really even look at us.  A salesman asked who we were there to see... said name, he was paged.  He walks up and instead of greeting us starts talking with the receptionist about how to pronounce his name, gets prompted by someone to talk to his customers.  Really?!!!  Tell him the car we came to see... he says okay and proceeds to look for other cars.  Goes to get keys and says it must be out on a test drive.  Okaaaayyyy.... Look at other cars waiting.  Mention the car we were there for a few times and nothing.  At the end another salesman, maybe manager, walks up and asks how things are.  Tell him the car we were there to see and he tells me it sold earlier!  WTAF!!!!  Are you kidding me... I drove all that way for a car you sold before I even left my house.  Obviously salesman knew and was avoiding and trying to sell another car.  Complete BS!

Don't take your vehicle here for service. Worst experience ever, there is no customer service or satisfaction. They truly don't care if your happy or not. 
They will say there's issues that weren't there when you dropped your vehicle off. Also their quotes for repairs was at least five times the price of anywhere else. An hour repair took them a month to get me an estimate.
If you try to dispute or disagree they won't even listen to you at all, will cut you off and totally ignore you. Beware!!

My "new" used car I bought exactly a month ago has been in and out of the shop 4 times now. Each time these people claim that they have fixed the problem just for me to drive not even 10 miles and the check engine light pops back on. On four different occasions! The person at the service center sounds like he's giving me nothing but attitude every time. The only nice one so far was the lady giving me the rental 3 different times. I advise against this place greatly and I'm mad that I have to stay with them to be honest.
