Avoid this store! They don't know what their plans are and don't know how to do their jobs. I had to finally call customer service while I was there returning my phones because the guy working there couldn't figure it out. Then they tried sticking me with the restocking fee. Had to fight with customer service about it. What a mistake it was to ever walk in that place. SPRINT has much better phone coverage and customer service. If you're with T-Mobile,  check them out.

Hours are not updated and i drove here according to google search hours of operation (after the one across town didn't have what I was looking for) I called but no answer---so I drove all the way there. i suggested an update in their hours on google so that others don't have to encounter this. Disappointing, the employees seemed nice but could clearly see me and still didn't let me in. I told them through the Glass that all I wanted was a pop socket--they were still attending one final customer anyhow and still didn't open the door. I like the employees but this needs to be updated from 9pm to 8pm.

Great customer service representatives but there are a few flaws in their store such as respect and discipline

Was a long time ago but I saw all the bad reviews and wanted to correct it. Staff was very helpful, employee had an iPhone but was surprisingly knowledgeable on the Android products. Great location for best carrier. Been a Tmo customer for 8 years and will continue to be for a very long time
