Very nice people and great experience getting an appraise. 10 minutes work get a offer $2500 higher than the offer Carmax gave which took 40 minutes there. The guy in front of me also got a better offer than Carmax and sold his car here.

A great experience working with Jason Collum and Keisha. They were both awesome. Didn't have to wait and got what I wanted for my vehicle. I was able to find what I wanted from Texas Direct Auto in Stafford. If you plan to use them talk to Eric he was awesome and don't play games. Give him a call at 832-378- 0575. I will be telling all my family and friends to use Texas Auto Direct. They treated me as a valued customer!

My sister and I had a great experience with Jason and Keisha. They made an offer on the sale of my 83 yoa mother's car that was $2500 more than Car Max offered. Plus they treated us so much better than Car Max, which would have made us wait for 1 1/2 hours without an appointment.  We were able to close the deal in an hour on our way to the airport. They were extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them again.

Jason (buyer) and his staff was friendly and direct. I was offered what I expected for a 30 year old truck... $1k. He told me it would go direct to action and mostly sell for less that what I got. No one else was there and it took about 15 to do the estimated 5 minutes of paperwork and 15 minute waiting for corporate to approve it and cut a check.
