We found the exact car we were looking for on Autotrader. I was nervous since we could not travel to Houston to see it. But Emmons and our Salesman Matt were great! Personal service and the car came to us in excellent condition. Matt even offered to drive it to us, since we live out of town. He went above and beyond!

We found our car and a great dealership! I will definitely check their inventory next time we are in the market for a car.

I bought a Ford Focus this week. Based upon the condition and mileage I feel I got a great deal. 
A couple of minor items came up during my inspection which the company took care of before I decided I was going to purchase the vehicle because Greg said "now that they were aware of the issue they were going to get it resolved."
My salesperson Justin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process giving me time to decide instead of trying to pressure me into purchasing a car. 
The only complaint I have is the wait time. They are extremely busy because they successfully strive to deliver a quality product.

Justin Ramirez was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in a very long time!  Just was patient and even though he was crazy busy he was still helpful.   He's the only reason that I completed my purchase.  Finance could learn a lesson from him and have a better attitude.  David was really helpful also, and I'm going to enjoy driving the Jeep that we purchased.

I live in Pennsylvania, and I was looking for a specific car -- a Ford Focus ST. I found several in a nationwide search. I ended up buying the Focus that Emmons had for sale in late-July. From the time I initially contacted them regarding whether the car was available , to working with me to get a deal in place and having financing approved before flying into Houston to pick up the car, to giving advice to where to fly in and where to stay, and arriving at the dealer to sign the paperwork, Jaime, David and everyone I encountered were friendly and efficient, and good people. The entire process went smoothly.

For those who want to haggle, don't bother, because you don't need to. The price I paid for the Focus is among the lowest in the *country*. Even now, one week after I bought the car, I have been looking at ST's to see how good a price I paid, and I have only seen two offers that were comparable to my car.

Despite Emmons being 1,600 miles away from where I live, I will certainly buy another car from them in the future.

First car buying experience in my 54 years that didn't make me cringe. The team at Emmons are not only knowledgeable but are low pressure sales people who let their awesome cars do the talking. I purchased an 2012 Armada at a more than fair price and met a set of great friendly guys . 

Thanks to Kamron Martinez, David Carver, Jeff Miller Gary Emmons, you guys are awesome!!!
