I was in the market for a new vehicle and stopped in at Honda Cars of Katy. I was helped by Casey. Throughout my search of a new vehicle he was by far the most professional salesman I worked with. I never felt pressured to buy and he really made the effort to understand my needs as a consumer and find the best fit for me. If you visit make sure to ask for Casey, you will not be disappointed!

Apparently they don't care to sell cars to people they feel look like they can't afford it. Called and set up a test drive before I made the 1hr drive.  Arrived with money in hand and I went to the salesmen I was told over the phone to meet and he condescendingly asked what I needed. Told him I wanted to test drive the Civic Type R before buying. Promptly told me I couldn't test drive it. Said only people who were at the step just before buying could drive it. Even when told I had everything ready I was told no. Looks like another dealership will be getting my business.

My advisor Karl Kraig was the best. He was very patient with me as i had to reschedule my appointment several times. He called me and kept me informed and even emailed pictures of my tire to me and the insurance company. He also made sure i received fast reliable transportation to work. Thanks Karl you Rock!!!!!!

My service advisor was amaz-balls. He kept me updated as they took care of shark (my 2010 Honda RSV- 010 GT). They loaned me a sweet ride in the mean time. Great all the way around. Met the service drive manager 😏 (I'd hit that) he was amaz-balls as well. Great all the way around. Back to the track for me and shark!

My sales guy CK was very helpful. He did not try to pressure me into any decisions. He also gave some good advice on selling or trading my others cars. I have 3 and I'm looking to consolidate and so I appreciated his advice. I didn't give 5 stars because when I was waiting for him to get the keys some of the other people in the office made some presumption on what I could or couldn't afford. I was showing my daughter their mini sport model which is around $50k... Same as what my BMW cost new ,but they didn't know I had one. They were acting funny about us seeing the car and even getting in. They also commented on the price which I had not asked for when I asked for the key because it was locked. Usually places only keep the cars locked on the showroom floor that are much closer $100,000 . I was a bit surprised because the cost of most cars fully equipped can easily be $40k...$10k isn't that much of a difference. In any case my overall experience was good thanks to Mr. CK. I was extremely tired and for my test drive I asked him to drive us which surprised him, but I appreciated that he didn't mind spending the extra time to help and he did drive us.
