I bought my low mileage 2014 Mercedes C class here and delivered to Las Vegas on time. No hassle, no problem, and no flaws with the process. The car was in amazing condition and was practically like new. Definitely a great dealer!

Steve was our salesman. He was cocky, rude, and didn't know his product. The manager was even more clueless.

I told them it needed an alignment and they swore it drove perfect. I told them there was something wrong with the exhaust and they said that was done to look like that on purpose. I asked about the tires b4 I took the 2 hr drive and they said they were brand new. When I saw them I questioned the man's eyesight. I knew all this wasn't true, but I wanted the car so I let them talk their bs.

Got home, brought it to the mechanic and guess what!? It needs an alignment, a control arm, new tires, and its actually been in some type of accident that wasn't on the carfax, this is why the exhaust wasn't right. 

All this is fine and good, we new we were buying a used car and we could see the problems they were to inexperienced to notice. We had figured up in our head what the cost would be to fix these things and haggled them down $1700. Can I just say how much I LOATH the haggling game?

To top it off we had left and they had agreed on numbers FINALLY, so we had to drive 40minutes back. We told them we were in a hurry (and we had a preapproval so not much work on their part) and when we got there it took another hour to finish everything. For such a large lot I was surprised to find out they had to send the car off to get the inspection. 

We finally left and after all this, you know what makes me the most angry? They said it had been serviced, and that was a lie too. They know nothing about the cars they're selling. They just want your money. Typical!

Honest review: 

Saw an ad on FB about $1000 down on a toyota camry which is what brought me into the dealership. When I got there not one person greeted me or my friend for about 10mins so I had to walk up to the closest salesman (who was on their phone btw) and ask for a salesperson. After being seated and starting the application process the salesman asked me how w to read my paystubs (I'm a server so somewhat understandable but Really?)after typing everything in the salesman took me and my friend outside to look at our options. I decided on one I like then we went back inside to begin processing it seemed like it was taking a while so me and my friend left to go tend to other things and told the salesman we would return after a couple of hours. My friend asked if it was okay to pay for the insurance on the vehicle and the salesman assured us that it would be and said he would text us the vin # later. I called around for a few quotes and when I got their the salesman asked me about insurance I let him know the cheapest rate I found and he keep telling me not to purchase the insurance but to wait cause his boss would possibly know somewhere cheap I could purchase insurance(I now know this is because I was not approved for the car which he could of told me then). After sitting around for a few hours, and being asked for a copy of my bank statement over & over I was finally asked to sit at another salesperson desk so my salesman could help another customer. After some time goes by my salesman calls for me takes me outside and tell me that in his system his boss has me making way less then I actually make a month ( I'm sure because the boss had no idea how to read my paystubs) then shows me a newer car 2015 that I would have to finance instead because it still was under warranty. After some teeth biting I said okay but then the salesman tells me to let his boss know that "You will get your money" . He said the down payment for that particular car was higher and his boss was iffy about letting it go. I got introduced to the boss ( average height, older mexican man looked like the Cheshire cat with no hair on top of his head and a shirt from a bad episode of Miami Vice) who brought me inside to waste more of my time. He explained to me that he needed more $ from me for a down payment( which if I had it dont you think I would of said that from the start) he mad unnecessary jokes about borrowing the money from a bf or ex and pretty much keep insisting that he needed more money even told me I could put down the $1000 and comeback later with the rest(Cause Im suppose to be stupid enough to let you steal my money). After a couple more words me and my friend got up and walked out. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! If you knew I was not approved for the car I agreed on why not tell me before I wasted a whole day their? What was the point of the coniving snake at the end trying to get more money out of me if he knew I obviously didnt have.

Facts: THE SALESMAN ARE CLUELESS AF ONE EVEN ADMITTED TO ME THAT THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT CARS BUT WAS JUST GOOD AT GETTING OVER ON PEOPLE

THE BOSS IS AN IDIOT AND ONLY WANTS MONEY OUT OF YOU PLEASE DONT GIVE HIM MONEY TO HOLD ANYTHING CAUSE YOU PROBABLY WONT GET IT BACK

IF YOU SEE THEIR ADS ON FB RUN CAUSE ITS NOTHING BUT LIES

IF YOU FIND YOURSELF WAITING TO LONG KNOW SOMETHING IS UP THEIR CONIVING SOMEWAY TO TRICK YOU INTO SOMETHING

PRETTY SURE ALL OF THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM THEIR OWN PEOPLE.

The salesman Johnny did refer me to a friend at Texas auto solutions where I did find the perfect car for me & my daughter. If you really need a car go there and ask for Vincent!!

I was in the market for a different car, but I didn't exactly know what I wanted. We were greeted at the door by our salesman. He suggested several cars and helped point out the high points of each. Afterwards we selected three different cars to test drive. We really liked one particular car, and we were offered an "extended" test drive. We were allowed to take the car on a short drive across Houston and back. Even at that point we were undecided. There was never any pressure to buy. They genuinely wanted us to find the RIGHT car. These guys will really treat you right!
