Let me start off by stating, my son loves Legos! This location is the only one we visit. It happens to be a great trip into Manhattan. We take the Express bus down and walk to the store. The managers aren't so helpful to customers. However the associates are always "ready to help". They are most helpful when you are perplexed with which to choose. Love this store.  It's like being a kid again.  Something for everyone.  Great play area and the large scale builds like the dragon that looks to be flying in and out of the walls around the whole store overhead and the replica of the very area of the city where the store is,  complete with 3 foot high Flatiron Building.  It's magic.

If your kid loves Legos, this is a must-go!  Besides the retail store where you can check out their inventory of Lego sets, there's a small backroom where young kids (and their parents) will enjoy getting creative.  There, you can build things using a tub of loose Lego pieces.

I never fail to visit a Lego Store.
This particular store is great too. It has a lot of little quirks and models that you expect from Lego. It also had different stock from the Rockefeller outlet so was able to get other seasonal items. The staff were friendly and there was a roped off area that kids could build in.

Great place to take your.kids.. They have a Lego room in the back where you can build your own Lego's.... But they should sell the DUPLO brand loosely as well for those parents who want to only purchase smaller pieces instead of a brand new box set
