I’m a loyal Tory Burch customer. I have more bags and pairs of shoes than I care to admit. This was the worst store experience I’ve had. I couldn’t have spent money if I had wanted too, which I did. Service was terrible. Could not have been more dismissive.

I love this location. It's spacious to begin with and has a great arrange of items that's new in stock. The customer service is pretty good on top of that. I had great experience with this store except this one moody girl who seems like she has some family issues at home that she needs to throw out before she enters the store. I just wanted to scream in her face but I felt pity for her so I didn't. Anyways since the other associates are so helpful and friendly and has a great arrange of items in stock I give this store a thousand hearts and 4 stars!!!

Been to this store twice and both times Clair was very helpful. I will definitely go back when I'm in the city.

I bought such a brand online bag, do not like to take over the store's waiter not to retire, the first encounter this situation, other brands do not like to buy online, you can go to the store back, where the Clerk deliberately make things difficult, really bad.
