Very nice park. Lots of shade trees. Level sites, quiet, easy in and out. Nice grass areas around sites. This is our second visit and will stay here again when in the area.

I really love this beautiful park! The onsite owners are amazingly friendly and do a fantastic job of keeping it clean and well maintained. They are always looking for ways to make improvements . There are lots of mature trees for shade and lots of green grass that help keep the park cool. The laundry room, restrooms and pool are kept clean. And if you enjoy wine, they have an extensive number of them and will do wine tasting upon request. There is also a little store for those items we might have forgotten to bring or pick up when in town. Also it is far enough off I5 that the freeway sounds won't keep you awake at night. Chico is just 30 minutes away with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. I always enjoy my stay, be it a week or a month or more!!! Looking forward to returning next month!!!

Nice quiet park. No cable and seems the office is often closed, but nice people and easy access from the freeway. Clean and large spaces.

This is the best RV Resort I have been too. It's very beautiful. Nicely set up. It also has nice pool for people to swim in. The owners and employers are also very helpful and kind. My experience here was outstanding. I plan on going back some time soon. I recommend staying at Parkway RV Resort.
