I’ve been a loyal customer to Roll Up for years. They’ve always had yummy crepes that were stuffed generously. The new location is quite the improvement, the service and the crepes certainly are not. The bananas were soggy, not fresh, they barely put any mousse and Nutella on, pretty dry overall. Our savory crepe wasn’t much better, way dry, barely any flavor. Staff wasn’t friendly. We left Roll-Up still craving crepes because what we had didn’t actually seem like crepes. They could still be good if they weren’t so stingy with their ingredients, it just seems like they’re trying to save money to pay for their new building. I’m sad to say, but I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon. So sad because their crepes were the best 😢

I used to love this place back when it was at its old location; I even worked there back in the day. Today I decided to try out the new location. As far as looks, the new location is gorgeous. I had high hopes and was excited to be back and bring my husband. 

The place wasn’t busy, and there was no line and there were more than four employees. We order two dessert crepes and sat down and waited for them for nearly 20 minutes. We sat and watched the employees sit around and talk and joke and had no urgency to start making our food. I remember when I worked here it should never take more than 5 minutes to get a dessert crepe out, and that’s when it’s packed. The location may be an upgrade, but the staff is deplorable. Not coming back.

Tastes great! Great atmosphere and service. You can’t go wrong with the food, I highly recommend their soups 👌🏻

Love coming here. The food is always delicious and the new location is SO much better than the old, however, every time I go I feel like I can never find anywhere to sit. They take forever to make the food and I feel like the majority of my visit is spent waiting. I’ll still go back but I’m prepared to wait a long time to get any of my food.

Awesome place! Delicious crepes! One concern tho: staff was nowhere to be found when we were going to ask for a to go box. Waited probably 4 minutes before we just decided to leave.
