I had a couple of issues with my phone and the people (Jeremiah, Jay, in fact everybody I came into contact with) bent over backwards to help me and get the issues resolved. I cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts. It was truly a pleasure working with them all. Thanks for your service.

Walked in to return a phone case. I was greeted promptly by a friendly man who took my name down, this second star is for him; otherwise this would be a one star review. It took about 20 min for Chaiana to assist me. She was rude, snarky and short with me. I was in the service industry for over 10 years, and it BLOWS MY MIND when people can't even try to be nice, or friendly, or feign a positive attitude. It is LITERALLY your job. If you can't give good customer service, you need to rethink your job, and your job needs to rethink you. Not going here again.

In the five times I visited AT&T today, only one person tried to help me. All the sales associates were rude and pushy. They just want commission on a new purchase instead of helping you find the best option.

Working in digital marketing and dealing with reviews, I am usually very hesitant to leave feedback unless particularly necessary. These people couldn't be more clueless if they were brain dead. Customer service is so "not a priority" to these people that I literally walked out mid-conversation speechless at what I was actually being told. I am now actively campaigning that my entire family and friend network ditch AT&T service in all verticals, and will ensure that nobody EVER sets foot in this abortion of a store ever again. Quite simply, go to hell.

Good store with some good people. There is someone that is mentioned in another post in these reviews who does need work in her customer service skills but even she was helpful
