Excellent customer service! Debbie & Erin must enjoy what they are doing and are good at it! Nice, quiet, RV stay with dead level pull-through sites and full hookups. Just a bit more expensive than some others, but the customer service, nice layout, and clean facilities are worth it! Decent selection of souvenir items in the office that might be the cheapest anywhere in Roswell!

Clean and well maintained facilities, including bathrooms and laundry. Seems like they've made quite a few improvements. The sites clean and level. The owners are friendly and helpful and their rates are reasonable.

A great RV park with a slightly misleading name. Well maintained and great owners on site. All crushed rock roads and level sites with some grassy areas. Mostly pull throughs with some back in spots. Very convenient location on hwy 380. Big rig friendly. Easy in and easy out.

This small park is nice and roomy. We did an overnight. The spaces are well maintained and pull through sites have nice concrete biuld ups. Friendly people. But there is a smell. I was raised on a farm and the smell is not livestock it is sewer gas. I closed off my sewer connection to keep the smell out of the RV but late at night wind was blowing and sewer has was bad. Maybe this needs to be addressed by experts or maybe it was a rare occurrence. Overall I would give the park a strong like despite the smell.
