Small, quaint, & peaceful. Shared hygeine facilities are adequate and can accommodate up to 2 persons per. Lots are clean and orderly. Payment operations are very loose and based on honor system if not reserved online (i.e tenants enclose money into envelop via drop box and write lot occupation on a white board.) Marty was very helpful and accommodating.

Accommodated us last minute and made every effort for us to have an enjoyable stay. Very cool place and we are much looking forward to returning. Our tent was decimated by a crazy last minute storm and the ample common area with kitchen gave us the perfect shelter to sort and dry our belongings for a comfortable remainder of our stay once we were able to get set back up. The train may be close but it's a quintessential Marfa experience to listen to the train at night as it passes right along town. Enjoy it and all west Texas has to offer

Easy to find. Clean bathrooms and showers. 24 hour self check in. All great. The downside: the RV park is located between the main road through town and the railroad tracks through town. Between the cars and the occasional trains, it's a little loud at night.

Was not busy at all when we were there (January 2018). Easy to check in and grab a spot, decent location for checking out Marfa. WiFi connection was in and out, but generally was enough.

Pretty damn cool RV park in the coolest little town in the west. Pop in just to see their neon sign out the front. But staff and the grounds are perfect for the West Texas setting. Marfa is only a short 20 minute walk from the RV park.
