Waited 45 minutes for a cab they told me should be there in 5. The driver was fine and seemed knowledgeable of the area. It seems like the issue is with the dispatch and scheduling. I would never use this service again.

This is my first time ever calling a cab, let alone being alone in London at 12:30 at night. However once I stepped into the vehicle. The driver was very friendly and made me feel way better. The ride was quick and I only waited 8 minutes for him to arrive. I think that's very good. Thank you for getting me to my aunt's house safely. (He also knew exactly where he was going)

Left my 83 year old father in the cold in his wheelchair for 45 minutes. Van never came. When I inquired where the cab was they notified me it had been cancelled. Unbelievable.

I used to always call U-Need-A because they were always fast and reliable. Now, every week I go to get groceries and I watch as 3-5 cabs sit in the parking lot while they smoke and gab while I wait and wait. Good thing I don't have things that will melt or meat that will go bad. Time to start saving money with Uber

Worst cab company ever very unprofessional. I called a cab from home I let the driver know I was making a run to the store and back. He then followed me in the store n demanded that I pay for my fare embarrassing me. I called the company and the dispatch told me the cab prolly thought I was going to jump the cab. How the hell you jump a cab from a store when there’s only one way in and one way out beats me. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAB AGAIN and I will be telling everyone I know not too as well!!!
