I went here a week ago and it was a great experience. It was the first time I was shipping a package and there was like no line. A lady was there outside the booth and she was able to help me immediately. Just scanned the package and got the receipt and I left.

These workers are terrible. I swear to god USPS has the worst service. I went in to send out an item but they apparently didn’t have a long enough package which is total BS. Last time I went I had to send the same identical item and the worker improvised and gave my a large flat box for me to put in and taped it up. Worked perfectly fine. There’s only 1 good apple for every 50 rotten ones there. I’m going to UPS. They actually care because customer service is good for business.

Most of the employees are courteous, competent and knowledgeable at the post office and we have the absolute best, most efficient and kindest mailman in Whitestone if not the US.

The worst post office in the world.I'm constantly getting other peoples mail plus my mail constantly gets lost.My uncle worked for the post office for 20 years and had pride in his work,these people don't give a rats ass about peoples mail!

They sold me 200 dlls Worth of stamps that I DID NOT NEED!!! 
Mailing out save the dates, it had a small charm that another post office said I would only need 20 cents (1 stamp) NOT 6 stamps!! 
DO NOT GO THERE, they don't know what they're doing!!!
